Accelerated Meditation Practice is a unique process that will help you explore and experience different energetic states. Open to all, novice and experienced meditators alike, Accelerated Meditation Practice is a three-dimensional exploration that harnesses those innate qualities of the body that allows us to connect to the energy of life. 

 

By stabilizing and directing the meditator's focus, Accelerated Meditation Practice opens up energetic experiences in just a few sessions, if not immediately, that usually take many hundreds of hours of practice to achieve. This is a process that allows you to explore the limits of what you can feel of the energy of life in and around you and the potential it holds for you.

 

Accelerated Meditation Practice helps meditators to stabilise different energetic states and experiences, enabling them to be more easily reachable when practising on their own. Like all aspects of Embodied Intelligence, Accelerated Meditation Practice is a profoundly enlightening and expansive experience, allowing you to know yourself beyond what you already know.
