Nature is the ultimate creative intelligence and our body is nature in action. Through it, we can find unique creative expression. Embodied Creativity harnesses the body’s creative potential, tapping into the body’s innate ability to let go of the usual whilst remaining grounded in a way that the intellect cannot. 

 

The body connects to situations in a way the intellect cannot. The body’s creative process is dynamic, expansive and directional, which allows new steps of thought that cannot be accessed in any other way.
